8. Cancellations and Modifications

  • The company reserves the right to restrict future reservations for users who repeatedly fail to attend.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to these terms will be resolved in accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Agency of El Salvador.

The user and Club La Dalia agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of San Salvador, Republic of El Salvador, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador.
